Rewards...?
I was feeling very strongly about leaving the company 1+ years back. In fact I have wrote several application letters and even went to an interview. Yet I'm still in my existing company...
Funny thing is... instead of slacking my way through the year, I seem to be pushing ahead more than I thought. Probably situations had forced me to work on, or maybe I'm just professional enough to still put in 100% effort even when I felt like leaving... :p
In some of my previous posts back in April, I was wondering if I will get my deserved rewards when my performance review comes.
The day has reached...
I think I did fairly well in my work during the past year, surprisingly, given my desire to leave.
Well... I guess I got my deserved rewards (Bonus and increment)... That made all my efforts all worthwhile.
Also got an iPad as gift!
