Singapore's 1st Casino

It's been a few years since Singapore Government announced that there will be casino in Singapore. Not just one, but two!
Last weekend marked the opening of the first casino (at Resort World Sentosa) in Singapore history! Legal one of course. ;p It's also the 1st day of the Lunar New Year this year.
However my wife and I visited Sentosa around 3 weeks back before the casino is opened. We just went there relax and see see look look. Took MRT and rail there instead of driving.
Not all facilities were up when we visited the Resort World and the other hotels. People will be waiting for the Universal Studio opening as well.
Victoria Secret... My fa..vo..rite.... Err... I meant My Wife's favorite... :p~~
But this is way too small as compared to the stores in States. Girls, you are still missing the good stuffs.
The Main Attraction...?
I bet there was a lot of fengshui here... -_-'''
I believe I will pay a visit to the casino one of these days; even it means $100 levy for the locals.
I had been to casinos at Las Vegas, Genting and Macau. So why should I missed out the one on my own country. See how different is it to the others I went before.
This is the closest I got that day... Right at the doorstep...
Gamble King and Queen...? Huat arh! haha

新年快乐 - 虎年行大运

Today is the 1st day of Lunar New Year; Year of the "Tiger".
新年快乐!

I was at Chinatown the other day. Wife wanted to do some shopping for Chinese New Year.
Though I usually don't like to squeeze in the crowd, I accompanied her to Chinatown. We took MRT instead of driving to avoid the traffics.

Bought some new year deco.

Not sure if it's early in the afternoon or the crowd is getting lesser this year at Chinatown? There was not too much crowd as compared to the last time I went few years back. I remembered we were rubbing shoulder to shoulder last time; but that was in the evening though. Probably everyone waiting for last minute shopping to get the best bargain.

Bought some new year goodies too.
Last but not least... 新年快乐 虎年行大运 Huat!!
